Our design templates are provided in PDF, EPS/AI, InDesign, and Photoshop format. These formats allow for full customization and ensure the highest quality output for professional printing.
Bleed is the area beyond the edge of the finished product where your design should extend. This ensures that no white edges appear after trimming. Our templates include clearly marked bleed areas (typically 1/8" or 3mm). Always extend your background colors and images into the bleed area.
The safe area is the zone where all important elements like text, logos, and critical graphics should be placed. This area is protected from being cut off during the trimming process. Keep all essential content within the safe area boundaries marked in our templates.
Always design in CMYK color mode for print production. RGB colors are for screens and digital displays, while CMYK is the standard for professional printing. Designing in RGB and converting later can result in unexpected color shifts.
All images should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the actual size they will be printed. Lower resolution images will appear pixelated or blurry in the final printed product. Avoid using images from the web, as they are typically only 72 dpi.
Save your final artwork as a press-quality PDF (PDF/X-4 format recommended). Make sure all fonts are embedded or outlined, all images are at 300 dpi or higher, and the file is in CMYK color mode. Include bleed and crop marks if required.
